Meet The Team: Lynne Leeming

Hearing Aid Dispenser and audiologist Lynne Leeming, MSc RHAD BSHAA has over 30 years’ experience in this specialised field both within the NHS and private sectors. She is also an examiner of new hearing aid dispensers for De Montfort University, and has had many years’ experience in the training and supervising of the university’s BSc students.

Meet The Team: Sarah Norton

Sarah joined Charnwood Hearing Aid Centre in September 2014 as receptionist, and has since trained in hearing aid repair, otoscopy, and hearing aid enquiries, going on to qualify as a wax removal and ear care practitioner. Born and raised in Anstey, she still lives locally and has built a strong rapport with clients through her knowledge of our services.

Away from work Sarah lives with her husband and two children and enjoys going to the local bingo.

Meet The Team: Chloe Towers

Chloe joined Charnwood Hearing Aid Centre on secondment in January 2025 as a wax removal and ear care practitioner, going on to complete her Foundation Degree and Audiology Apprenticeship at De Montfort University in summer 2026, after which she became a Hearing Aid Dispenser. She is passionate about helping clients hear to the best of their ability, treating every client’s journey as individual.

Interesting fact: Chloe used to play cricket for Frumpton, Nottinghamshire!
